Transfer of entries
Anyone who has read our Terms and Conditions will be aware that we, like almost all other cycle event organisers, do not offer refunds or credits to entrants who, for whatever reason, cannot make the event.
However, we do allow individuals to transfer any event entries that they have purchased to another rider free of charge.
Transfer Procedure
If you would like to change the individual who is attending the event you simply need to login to your Eventbrite admin panel, find the event, then edit the attendee details associated with that event entry. Make sure that you update all the requested information for that event (including date of birth, In Case of Emergency contact, etc. to the new details)

Please bear in mind that we lock the event database to edits and changes a few days before the event. Beyond this time we do not allow transfers but if you noticed a mistake to your details like name, phone number, email or date of birth then please email mail@dyfievents.com with a request and we should be able to amend your record.

Looking for a way in with a Sold Out event?
Many of our events, and in particular the Dyfi Enduro, sell out each year so there are usually riders looking for transfer entries from those who can’t make the event. If you have a spare entry and are looking to pass it on to someone we usually suggest that you post details to social media.
